24/7 365 Make-safe & Emergency Response

Midcity Group has a dedicated, in house 24/7 call centre located in Australia (Sydney and Perth). We have client-specific dedicated phone lines set up for our 'after hours make safe' service.

 

Our after-hours features include:

 

  • Monitoring of all calls by Midcity employees, experts in make safes

  • Notifications receipt possible through a phone call, email or SMS

  • Automatic lodgements of new jobs

  • Customer contact within 15 minutes

  • Accuracy of make safe guaranteed through strict triage processes.

 

We use a customised Virtual Triage Tool to assist with assessing the type and best methodology of the make safe situation, appreciating the urgency of the situation. This web-based solution allows complete access to the customer’s details, particularly useful when dealing with rural property claims.
